Spacious, clean, fully equipped kitchen, great alternative to hotel suite. Multi-bedroom, 10 mins from beach. Helene, the owner, is incredibly helpful and kind.

The owner was helpful with showers and printing. The apartment had many amenities. North Bay Village is a good, quiet location. Ms. Helene was accommodating and lives nearby. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with outdoor furniture and free parking. The hotel had a nice, family-oriented style.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming apartment in Miami. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated in a Mexican/Spanish style. I loved the twin beds in the second bedroom, which were perfect for me. The parking was convenient and I appreciated that beach towels were provided. The balcony was a nice touch, offering a lovely view. I highly recommend this place.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short drive from the beach. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The owner, Helene, was extremely helpful and accommodating, going out of her way to assist us during our stay.
There were a few maintenance issues with the apartment. Some of the lights didn't work, resulting in a dark and slightly gloomy atmosphere.

Stayed during New Year's Eve and the complementary party favors were a nice touch. The location was perfect, close to public transportation and shops. The balcony offered an amazing view of the city skyline, which was absolutely breathtaking.
The apartment wasn't as clean as we had expected upon check-in. The linens were stained and the floors were dirty.
